HISTORY: Pain.

FINDINGS: AP, lateral, sunrise, and tunnel views of the right knee
demonstrate no fracture or dislocation. There is no joint effusion.
Slight patellofemoral spurring is noted. No tibiofemoral arthritic
change is appreciated.
