"The uterus is anteverted and has a nonhomogeneous internal echo pattern. it measures 5.5x3.0cm at the fundus. A 2.7x0.4x1.4cm concavity is noted in the fundal endometrium on a coronal view.
----- most common position is anteverted. The concavity means the endometrial or uterine cavity.

The double layer of the endometrial lining measures 0.2cm in the thickness (0.1cm anterior and 0.1cm posterior). Small amount of fluid (blood) is noted in the endometrial cavity.
----- normal thickness of endometrial strip. Could be normal with fluid in the endometrial cavity especially around mense, but abnormal after manopousal.

Both ovaries are seen. .....The left ovary measures 3.0x2.9x1.3cm and contains a 1.5x1.5x0.7cm irregular cyst with thick walls and internal echoes (RI:0.53)...
---- normal ovaries with functional foilicle/cyst (but stricly speaking cyst should be greater than 2cm).
