How long have you been having this sympom?

right upper quadrant has liver and gallbladder, but stomach problme also can extend to the area. 

if only discomfort, can do an ultrasound to check the liver and gallbladder, if normal, may be from the stomach. 

sometimes constipation also can cause some discomfort on the right middle or lower quadrant.
