怀孕,荨麻疹

I got 荨麻疹 after I gave birth to my first baby, now it has been an half year. I know it is very difficult and takes long time to get it healed. Now I want to have second child, otherwise I will be too old to have another baby. I just want to see if there is any insider knows or anybody had similar situation. If it is safe for my baby if I get pregnant while I am still have荨麻疹. Thanks,
