现在去夏威夷还要隔离吗？fully vaccinated

我看官网上说，只有夏威夷居民打疫苗的可以免除隔离，其它州打的不承认。

麻烦最近去过的给说一下。是不是还得拿72小时test啊，出发前？多谢啦。
