You can go to any Canada Consulate to get the visa. No appointment needed. You can use dollar to pay for the application fee, about $135 for multiple entry. You can obtain the visa same day, but not gurantted for Chinese people. Please find details on the website of the consultate you want to go. I went to Buffalo several days ago and obtained my visa easily.
