Does anyone have reliable knowledge about the difference between using H1B to enter USA vs. AP (if you have valid H1 and AP at the same time)? I want to keep them both valid after re-entering USA.
(1) does it really matter?
(2) if using H1B, will it jeapodize 485 processing?
(3) if using AP, will H1 become invalid?
