H1B Question

Hi Everybody,

This is about H1B transfer. Lawyers say that once you get the receipt you can start to work for the new employor. My situation is a little bit weird: My lawyer has my receipt number and the on-line checking system showed that my cas has already been approved. However, the receipt, both hard copy and email copy, never showed up even though the online check system said it was mailed more than a week ago. So, here is my question - can I start work for my new employer now?
