J2 to F1 ask for H1B

I was J2 and then transferred to F1. My hu*****and will fullfil two years home stay this Sept. I will graduate this August. Who could help to provide experience and lawyer's contact information to hande the statue change from F1 with J2 history to H1B ? Thanks a lot.
