H1B，持有AP，需要visa去加拿大吗

请有经验的朋友回答：
我的情况：H1B，140 批准，485pending，持AP回国中国。现在公司需要派我去加拿大短期出差一个星期，请问我需要申请加拿大的签证吗？如果不需要，应该是怎样的过程。有经验的朋友是否能分享一下？
碰到memorial day，公司的HR和律师都不在，只好先在这里了解一下情况。下个星期就要去了。
