When is the expiration date on your extension?
You must have extended or transfered at least two years ago.

If the first H1 I-94 started in Oct 2000, that is, there was never H1 I-94 issued with begin date before Sept 2000 (i.e. not COS to H1 in US) and you entered US Oct 2000 to start your firstever (of this 6-year period, provided that you were never H1 before that or you had H1 before but stayed one year out of US before Oct 2000) then
you can identify that in I-129 and request for the 3 months after July 2006.
