H1-B status and AP question

本人是在美国境内转的H1-B, 劳工申请了i140/I-485，请问拿到AP后，我可以回国？还是需要申请H1-B？
如果用AP回国， 我返回美国后，我是H1-B？ 还是485 Pending? Please tell me anything you know, it will be great helpful. Thanks
