USCIS会批准我的H1B? 我有麻烦吗?

我的在A校的H1将于11月到期.我计划转到B校.但由于B校工作人员的延误. 在我停止在A校工作10天后, 才将我新的H1上报USCIS.我有麻烦吗?我有Gap? USCIS会批准我的H1B?
