有没有关于H1b filing的消息呀。opt四月一号要过期

本来3。9号开始办，一点问题没有。现在这破通告不发，没法filing，眼看时间就要过去了。急呀。

总不能就为了，这一天的过期时间，再回趟国吧。这帮无道德的联邦机构。
