should I renew H1B visa

I'm holding H1B visa and it will expire this August.But three months ago I got my labor certificate and then filed the I-140 and I-185 simultaneouly.So currently I'm in the status of adjusting to permenant resident.I also got my work permit.In this situation,should I still need to renew my H1B visa to keep my non-immigrant status?
