h1b help

I need to turn in my resume to apply for H1b. In my resume, 2003-2005 I am a TA. But during this period, there are 2 semesters I was not TA. When I wrote my resume, I did not think too much, just want to make my resume simple. Can anybody tell me if there are any problems about this when applying for h1b and will this affect GC application later? Thank you very much.
