The checking list I supply is totally gotten by myself, not from any laywer, so it does not garrentte, but I used it for mine, so far so good. plus if you apply for a new H1-B, you'd better consult a lawyer, if for extension, you may use it, cz the timing is not so critical, and you may supply any complemental material under the requested REF.
