我也感觉回国重新签H1B如果被deny可能还有个back up的选项比较保险些。就是请问您如果H1B visa被deny 后以H4的身份回来申请I485会有风险么？
-Not at all, especially your I-140 is NIW. Then, you can apply for EAD to work at the same time with the I-485 filing.
我记得 I-485上面有问是否有visa 被deny 的情况。
-Even if the H-1B visa application is denied, it does not affect your I-485 when you file it as H-4 holder.
还有个问题我想问一下，我H1B approve (extension denied) 上说的好像让我去特定领事馆申请，我不太确定，想请教下您。
