请问一下H1B transfer 的问题。 现在做合同工， 是OPT，抽签抽到了， 正在申请H1B， 申请到的话 10月一日生效。 雇主想给我转成正式的职位，但不愿意等到10月一号。请问在我H1B批准后，但生效之前我可以转这个H1B到雇主吗。

-Yes. You do Not have a problem to work for the employer (H-1 sponsor) using your OPT even if the OPT will expire before Oct. 1 (you are qualifed for Cap-Gap benefit in this case). Please contact the International Student Ofice at your school if you will work for the H1 sponsor before Oct. 1 so that they can update your employment information in SEVIS.
