公司的规模小，疫情后员工都在家里办公，没有办公室。 业务不需要客户上门。

请问移民局对公司的办公室有什么要求？

-No. It is fine for you to work at home, but your employer needs to file H-1 amendment to change your work site from the employer's address to your home. Talk to your employer or the lawyer.
