我在一所私立大学教书。下学期要在网上教课。老公在另外一个州工作，今年三月学校开始上网课的时候就回到了他那边。学校的律师说如果我新学期还要呆在另外一个州教网课，需要重新申请H1B签证。想请教一下8老师，如果新的H1B被拒了的话，我现在的H1B还有效吗？

多谢8老师。这几天一直在和学校的律师沟通。我问他可不可以 file a H1B amendament petition for working site change, 但是他keeping saying that I need to file an entirely new LCA and H1B, and ask for a new three year term. 我想问一下您，这样做是可以的吗？我比较担心我这种情况下file 新的LCA和H1B 比较risky也不可行。
