我现在的雇主几个月前开始给我办理绿卡，可进展缓慢，PREM还没有交。但是我的H1B 过三个月就到期了。现在有一个雇主愿意雇用我，并且帮助办签证和身份。因为我的绿卡排期已经是current （以前的雇主给办过、I－140批准、当时排期未到，于是后来换工作一直H1B transfer 给三年extension），我不知道这种情况下能否申请H1B transfer、并且得到一年延期。
-Yes, you can ask the employer to do the H-1 transfer for you and request another 3-year term using your old I-140 Approval Notice (provide the photocopy of the I-140 Approval Notice to your new employer).
如果我一切指望现在的雇主，就只能希望PREM 快些申请通过，把I－140/I－485/EAD申请同时交上去。谢谢！
-You had better ask the new employer to file I-140 and ask USCIS to do I-140 prority date portability to your new I-140 at the same time. May use premium processing to get the I-140 approved in 15 days. Then, file I-485.
If you file I-485 and I-140 concurrently, USCIS may not accept it though technically you can do that. I have seen several cases like that and USCIS rejeceted them. Talk to your lawyer.
