请问8老师，如果换工作的话，能够用现在没批准的H1B吗？

-No in your case.

还是一定等现在的先批准？-Yes.

另外，如H1B RFE被拒，申请appeal, 成功可能性多大？-Hard to say, depends the appeal reasons. Discuss it with your lawyer.
