AP does Not invalidate H1B/H4

I used Advanced Parole(AP)to come back. My passport was stamped with AOS. After I came back, I work with the same employer who sponsored my H1B.

I will transfer to a new institute. Today, my H1B and my wife's H4 transfer just got approved. My wife also used Advanced Parole to come back to USA.

Conclusion: AP doesnot invalidate H1B or H4, as long as you work with the same employer after you used AP.

Hope my case can help people to clear this issue.
