H1B紧急求助

现在OPT阶段，H1B生效期是明年2月份。现找到一新雇主，请问能否用我已经得到的H1B名额去申请新的H1B? 望有类似经历的朋友告知。或者必须等到H1B生效后，办H1B transfer? 就怕新雇主不愿意等。非常感谢!!!
