老公和孩子需要申请新的H4吗? 换言之，H4 需要跟着H1-B 的雇主改变而重新申请吗？

-Not have to unless the H-4 I-94 will expire soon. But don't forget to file the H-4 extension before the H-4 I-94 expire in the future if you don't do it now.
