我可以自己马上递交485吗？还是必须等新雇主走完PERM和新的140后，才能递交485？
-If you still work for the original employer (i.e. the I-140 sponsor), then you can file I-485 immediately. If you will work for a new employer, then you have to wait for the new I-140 approval to file I_485. But you can use the old approved I-140 to extend your H-1 beyond the 6-year limit. Talk to your lawyer, and the lawyer will deal with it.

要是第二种情况的话主要怕这些在13个月内搞不定。再次感谢您的指点！
