老师好，

之前被laid off, termination day是4月3号。 最后一张paycheck cover到4月14号。新公司6月6号才开始让我和律师接洽办h1b transfer。估计最快也要6月15号左右LCA才能下来。再开始申请转H1B。会有几天gap。不知道要回国激活风险大不大。
