请问在H1-B extention i-129 表格中，是否需要如实填写在此3年的h1-b之前的 h-3? 网上有律师说h-3 不算在h1-b 的六年中，但是L-1 算。我应该填写吗？我也怕最后发现h-3 也算，结果h1-b 只剩一年了。。。谢谢！
List each beneficiary's prior periods of stay in H or L classification in the United States for the last 6 years (beneficiaries requesting H-2A or H-2B classification need only list the last 3 years). Be sure to only list those periods in which each beneficiary was actually in the United States in an H or L classification. Do not include periods in which the beneficiary was in a dependent status, for example, H-4 or L-2 status.
