我现在是h1b 签证被雷。最后一张pay check是4月15号。现在有一些面试，预计五月底六月初能拿到新offer.
想请问两个问题：
1，公司pay check上面的公司地址和h1b petition上面的公司地址不一致。工作地点和h1b petition相同。pay check上的可能是老地址。请问这种情况h1b transfer有多大的问题。

2，如果5月底6月初拿到新offer，这种情况是建议转个b2 pending好还是就直接gap不到一个月的时间好？哪种情况比较不会需要离境签证？
