请教亲爱的8老师，我拿着老公 A公司 的I797A刚刚把H4签证办好。现在要拿着这个签证回美国了，但是老公已经找到新工作在B公司，并且B公司正在帮他办理H1B transfer。我想问如果我回美国的时候，老公B公司的I797A approve notice已经拿到了，但是老公依然在A公司上班，还未去B公司上班。那么我入关的时候是否需要提供B公司的I797A呢？

并且这种情况，我的I-94停留时间否能依然根据A公司的I797A呢？
-You only can use the I-797A H-1 Approval Notice sponsored by the employer your spouse is working for. So, if your spouse is still working for A Company when you enter US, you need to show the I-797A from A Company to enter US even if his H-1 transfer to B Company has been approved.

But if he has been working for B Company when or before you enter US, then you need to use the I-797A from B Company to enter US. Not need to get the new H-4 visa. The H-4 visa stamp using A Company I-797A is still valid for you to use it to enter US with I-797A from B Company.
