我要从TN转H1B，是为了办绿卡，我女儿在加拿大刚上大学，我想办绿卡带上她。我转H1B，她是不是一定要转H4才能和我一起办绿卡。
-Not have to. But she needs to have a legal when she files I-485 status if she wants to file I-485 within US.
