8老师请教EAD问题

 我现在是H-1B 身份，485pending 超过180天，有EAD,

公司马上要裁员，估计会中招。

在找工作期间发现：
很多公司职位申请是要回答是否需要sponsor，

该如何回答？

如果是用EDA工作，公司要帮申请export license 吗？

如果找同类型工作，但是工作地点变动很大，例如换别的州，会需要重新perm，140之类嘛
