尊敬的8老师，目前学校正在帮我办 H1B Transfer (Cap-exempt)。Start date 是 6月22日。听说拿到receipt notice 就可以开始工作了。请问最迟什么时候律师应该要提交最后的H1B petition forms and checks?
-Had better send it out in advance 10 days before June 22. USCIS need several days to put the file into their system.

是不是在6月22日之前邮寄都可以呢？
