H1-B 一年期stamp 今年9月过期，出美国

八老师好，我想请问一下，我们夫妻去年回了国，有有效的h1-b stamp 到今年9月中旬到期。打算6月底去日本玩一周，请问可行吗？听说现在出入美国的政策比较严格，请问有什么风险吗？谢谢！
