-It is very possible, but not guarantee it.

現在一般多長時間能得到結果？

- About 5 months or more, case by case. Another choice is that you may just go to China to get the H-4 visa to come back, then file I-765 for EAD and you will get the EAD in about 3 months. Change of status to H-4 within US takes much longer time.
