請教您幾個問題，我考慮從L1 transfer to H4 同時申請EAD。請問可以用premium process並同時提交嗎如果同時提交是否可以同時獲得H4身份和EAD？

-You can file I-765 and I-539 at the same time to apply for EAD and change of status from L-1 to H-4, but there is not premium processing available for I-539 or I-765.

我擔心EAD比H4晚1-2月才能得到，期間我不能工作。
