请教8老师，关于h1B transfer和h4延期的问题

1.h1b transfer的129和h4延期的539一起file的时候，写129的cover letter里要不要把539form和附件一起写进去。还是分成2个case，分别写cover letter？

2. 如果分成2个case，没有h1b的receipt，uscis上写的要吧129form作为539的附件放进去，那这样是不是要交2份一样的129form？另外因为h1btransfer还加延期，现在的i94只到17年3月，能延期的18年，所以想h4也延期到18年。

3.这种换雇主加延期的，在129form中，request action---c) Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status还是选d) Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status??? 选哪个？
