有几个关于H-1B的问题，请教老师，

1. 如果H-1B换雇主，申请transfer失败，还可以为原雇主工作么？如果在有效期内。

-Yes as long as the original employer does not request USCIS to revoke the approved H-1B yet.

2. 抽签第一年抽中，但case被deny，第二年同一个雇主再次申请，还需要抽签么？-Yes.

如果不同雇主呢？

3. H-1B的持有者如果长时间在中国国内（比如一年中有一半的时间），入境美国时，海关有可能会不让进来么？即使身上带着tax return/employment verification letter/pay stub/I-129 approval等等。

-No problem as long as the employment verification letter is issued just before you return (not issued more than one year ago), and the H-1B approval notice does not expire yet.
