请教你几个问题。我的一个朋友H1B 6年9月到期，目前140已经approved，但是因为公司买卖，140正在作amending，amending 的case处于pending中，目前公司要求他 relocation到别的州，考虑到家庭的原因并且排期未到，所以他想换工作，如果找到新的工作，可以同时做H1B transfer和延期吗？

-Yes as long as the old employer does not withdraw the approved I-140. I suggest he had better use premium processing to get the H-1 transfer approval in 15 days. Also the H-1 transfer needs to be filed before he leaves the old employer.
