由于工作单位原因， 2015年8月提交了I-539申请 H1-b 转 J-1. 2015年12月31号离开原单位，2016年1月11号原单位办的H1-b terminated。之后一直在美国等I-539的消息。
现在想要回国签证，已经发withdrawal letter给USCIS， 但没收到notification of withdrawal。 如果现在离开美国，会不会被认为非法逗留180天，
