我现在准备申请H4 ead卡，可是看到11项问以前是否申请过EAD，申请中心，时间，和所有的documents，我2010年申请过OPT，用opt工作了7，8个月，opt那个算EAD吗?

-Yes.

如果算的话，2010年时间太久远了，我卡都找不到了，更别说在哪个中心交的申请了和材料了，这个可怎么办呀？

-Just estimate the time (e.g. month, year), and the USCIS Serivce Center based on where you live.
