8老师好！

公司律师不知是大意还是故意，忘记提交 H4, 也怪我没仔细查看，之后匆忙准备，H4 receipt date 是 2 月 1 号， 而我的 H1B 在 2015年11月提交， 2月5号 approved。 后来就刚好找到下家公司， 同时用加急处理提交 H1,H4 申请 ，并于2月 25号通过，都有 I-94。但是 上个公司的H4 还没批准，这样会对以后产生什么影响呢？ 

-Do you mean that is your spouse's pending H-4? If so, that H-4 probably will be denied because the new H-4 has been approved with I-94. That pending H-4 will not affect anything no matter it will be approved or denied (it is useless).
