Help! A gap of OPT and new H1B

Guys,

Could you clarify the Visa O or H-3 Trainee's strategies for a gap between OPT and H1B?

My H1B pepition got rebound for reaching quota, even my papers submitted before Oct 1. That was a new case not transfer. I must have a plan to make it out before Feb 1, my last day of OPT. I am not familiar with O, H3, and B visa. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
