1. 赶紧找新工作做H1B Transfer。这样的话您建议给自己计划多长时间？

-The sooner the better. It will be very good if you can get the new job within one to two months, not later than your current H-1 I-94 expiration date.

如若超过这段时间还没有着落，还有除离境以外的补救方法吗？

-No unless you change your H-1 status to a new status such as B-2 before you are laid off. Of course, if you can find a new job within one month, you probably do not need to leave US to get the H-1B visa.

2. 申请转F1。附近的社区大学已去过几个，都表示过了开学季不再接受入学。上语言学校的话需要向移民官解释为什么有美国master还要学语言。
