现在情况是485pending快180天。由一个consulting公司support 485.该consulting公司派遣我去另外一个公司干活。现在，想成为工作的公司partner，是否对是否有影响？或者最好的办法是什么？

-It is fine. But if you want to use H-1 to work, your employer (the consulting company) needs to file an H-1 amendment. Otherwise, you can use EAD to work. Talk to your lawyer.
