中介公司帮申请 H1B transfer， 用的是premium processing, USCIS网上查到一个月前被RFE,公司律师刚收到信件不久， 正在处理。

不知结果如何，询问他们没人理我，感觉事情不妙。 但是我已经在工作一个多月，并拿到两次paystubs。上一个公司的H1B大约在 12月7号左右revoked。  

现在有其他公司的offer，那我可以让新公司代办H1B 吗？

-Yes

如果可以, 是要用上个公司的paystub 和 H1B /I94？

-Yes, and also provide the copy of  H-1 transfer receipt.

这种情况需要回国反签H1B才能搞定吗？ 

-It is possible your new H-1 transfer to the new employer will be approved, but it may have no I-94 because your old company has withdrawed/revoked  the H-1, and your H-1 transfer is pending. If so, you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back. No big deal, anyway.
