sorry about that. this is second H1B. already worked 3 years with H1B. when I did extension, I may make mistake and not include my wife and my son. ....my wife and my son are H4 now but will expire in few days(Sep30,2015)....I just receive the 797C. the 797A is on the way. I saw copy, there is I-94(it should be my i-94) on it. my wife need re-new driver license now. thank you so much for your help.
