H1B工作地点问题

本人公司在加州，H1B的LCA也是在加州办的，但最近半年调到公司在Michigan的J.V. 

- 是否需要公司重新申请LCA，否则会影响H1b的合法性吗？

- 提交485后，因为这个地点不同是否会被REF？ 如何回复？
