我现在H1b马上5年了，刚刚perm audit结束要办140，现在想问这个几个情况：
1。 如果140批下来了approve了，公司现在情况不好，万一公司倒闭了，我没有找到下家，可以转H4吗？
-Yes.
2。如果140批下来了approve了，我跳槽了，老东家把我的那个140 revoke了是不是我就不能延期我的H1b了呢？
-Correct., but normally nealy no employers will do that becuase no law requres it. Also the employer does not lose anything if he does not withdraw the I-140.
3。如果新公司在申请H1B transfer的时候就已经延期了我的H1b，之后老东家revoke了我的140是不是我的H1b日期还是只有原来最初的6年？
-If the H-1 transer is approved before the I-140 is revoked, then the duration of the new H-1 duration is valid. But you can extend it again after the new I-94 expires unless your new emplyer files PERM (on year before H-1 expires) or I-140 (approved) for you.
这个时候能申请H4的EAD工作吗？
-You can change your status H-4, but whether you can apply fo EAD to work depends on your spouse H-1 situation (e.g. whether he has approved I-140, or he ahs extended his H-1 beyond the 6 year limit).
